For plaintiff firms

Funding your client can understand without calling you.

Two published rates — 25% per six-month period while the case is open, 15% once it has settled — set by case status and nothing else. Charges are calculated on the original advance, never compounded, and step every six months rather than monthly. Hard 2× cap. A projected repayment schedule in the contract itself, and we talk to your client only about their own application and funding, never about the case.

Why we are showing you our own repayment data

Because you are going to ask what this actually costs your client over the life of a file, and because the figure that matters is not the advertised rate but the distribution behind it.

About 47% of our pre-settlement files are still outstanding at day 183, which means roughly half of clients pay 50% or more rather than 25%. About 19% run past 720 days and reach the 2× cap. We publish both, and we publish them on the consumer pages too — not only here.

We deliberately do not publish closed-lien statistics as though they described all files. “83% repaid within six months” is true of advances repaid to date and materially overstates what a new applicant should expect. You would catch that, and it is the kind of thing that ends a referral relationship.

What we ask of your office

  • Confirmation of the basic facts of the case.
  • The file — incident report, treatment records and bills to date, available coverage.
  • Nothing to sign. Your client’s agreement includes their own written instruction to your office to satisfy the lien from the proceeds before disbursement, and we send you a copy. It is not a guarantee of repayment and it creates no liability for the firm.

We contact your office directly rather than routing requests through your client. What we send your client is about their own application and funding, and your office gets the same documents.

What we will not do

  • Pay or accept a referral fee. Several states prohibit it outright, and everywhere else it is a conflict that is not in your client’s interest.
  • Participate in settlement decisions, strategy, or case handling.
  • Discuss the case, its value or its strategy with your client.
  • Advance an amount that would leave nothing meaningful after fees, costs and liens. An oversized advance is a bad outcome for your client and a bad file for us.

The tables your client will see

These are the published schedules, identical to the ones on the consumer pages and in the contract. There is no separate attorney pricing and no case-strength adjustment.

Every figure is the total repaid at settlement — the advance, plus 25% of the advance for each six-month period, plus fees. Charges are simple: each period is calculated on the original advance, never on a growing balance. Assumes a first advance ($100 application fee plus $100 processing fee). Fees never grow and are never paid out of pocket. The final column is the 2× cap: at 24 months the amount repaid on the advance stops and never moves again, however long the case runs.

Minimum advance $500. $100 application fee on a client’s first advance and $100 processing per advance; both sit outside the 2× cap and nothing is ever charged on them. Full rate detail.
