How it works
Four steps. Same-day funding available.
01
Tell us four things
Your state, your case type, whether you have an attorney, and a phone number. That is the whole first step and it takes under twenty seconds on a phone. Nothing else is required to start.
No pay stubs, no tax returns, no bank statements, no employment verification. None of it is relevant to a non-recourse advance against a claim.
02
We contact your attorney
We ask your attorney's office for the case file directly — the incident report, medical records to date, and the insurance information. You do not have to gather or send anything yourself.
Personal injury offices handle these requests routinely, and most have someone who processes them. We follow up with the firm ourselves, so you are never the go-between.
03
A person reviews it
We review your file as soon as we have it. Same-day decisions are common, and most are made within one business day. We look at liability, the insurance behind the claim, and what is already owed against the settlement — not at your credit.
If we cannot help, we say so plainly on the call rather than leaving you waiting. There is no cost to have been reviewed.
04
You get the money
You sign — your attorney does not have to sign anything — and we send your money by direct deposit. Most advances go out the same day they are signed. With many larger banks it shows up in your account right away; with others it can take a business day or two.
The money goes to you, not to your attorney, and there are no restrictions on how you spend it. Rent, groceries, the car payment, medical costs — whatever you need. If you change your mind, you have five business days after signing to cancel: tell us in writing, return the advance, and you owe nothing.
At settlement
What happens at the end
When your case resolves, the settlement money goes into your attorney’s trust account. From there the firm pays its fee and case costs, then medical liens and our lien, and the remainder is disbursed to you.
Our figure is whatever the published schedule says for the period in which your case resolved. It is not recalculated, renegotiated or adjusted upward. You can work it out yourself today with the calculator.
You are entitled to a written settlement statement itemizing every deduction. Ask for it and read it.
No monthly payments
Nothing is due while your case is open. You will not receive a bill, and missing a payment is not possible because there are none.
Nothing out of pocket, ever
Both $100 fees are added to the settlement repayment rather than charged today, and neither grows over time.
If you lose, it ends
The advance, the charges and the fees are all canceled. No collections, no credit reporting, nothing to pursue.
Start with four questions.
No credit check, no cost to apply, and no cost if we say no. Or call 813-798-5528 and do it on the phone.
