How fast do I get the money?
Most people are funded the same day they sign. Once you are approved and have signed the agreement, we send your funds by direct deposit. With many larger banks the money shows up right away; with others it can take a business day or two.
You are the only one who signs. Your attorney does not sign anything — the agreement includes your written instruction to their office to repay us from the settlement, and we send the firm a copy. Once your signature is in, the money is released.
Timing depends partly on when the paperwork completes. An agreement signed late in the day or on a weekend may be sent the next business day, and when it shows in your account after that is up to your bank.
If timing is critical, say so on the call.
