How long does approval take?
Most applications are decided within one business day of our receiving your case file, and same-day decisions are common. The application itself takes about two minutes.
We request the file from your attorney's office directly, so you do not have to gather or relay anything. Personal injury firms handle these requests routinely, and following up with them is our job rather than yours.
A file that has to be assembled from several providers can take longer, and we will tell you where it stands.
You will be told who is calling you and when. Not "we'll be in touch."
