What cases qualify?
Get Lit Money funds personal injury and workers' compensation claims — including motor vehicle accidents, truck and motorcycle crashes, slip and fall, premises liability, medical malpractice, product liability, wrongful death, civil rights and employment claims — where you are represented by an attorney on contingency and the case is in a state we serve.
The core requirements are the same across every case type: an attorney on contingency, clear enough liability, and an identifiable source of recovery such as an insurance policy or a solvent defendant.
We fund both pre-settlement advances, while the case is open, and post-settlement advances once a case has resolved but the money has not yet been disbursed.
We do not fund criminal matters, divorce or family law, bankruptcy proceedings, or claims where you are the defendant.
